Ownership of products legally
passes to the buyer when the goods are lodged with Australia Post. The
fact that a product can be legally exported from Australia does not
necessarily mean that it can be legally imported into another country.
Buyers should be sure they are able to import and legally possess these
products without a prescription in their jurisdiction.
We cannot accept responsibility
if shipments are stolen or confiscated by customs.
LATE
SHIPMENTS
Items are usually shipped within
24-48 hours. If for any reason shipping is likely to be delayed for
seven days or more we will contact you for your advice.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Express Post $10.00 (Not trackable)
- Platinum Express Post $16.00 (Trackable)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Air Mail $10.00 (Not trackable)
- International Courier $50.00 (Trackable and faster)
We strongly recommend that
buyers choose a trackable method of delivery for expensive orders. Although
we will assist in negotiations with Australia Post we cannot accept
responsibility if untrackable items are stolen or lost in transit. Please
contact us immediately if your order does not arrive within 14
days from the time of posting!
RETURNS
Claims for returns must be made
to us with 14 days of receipt of goods.
We will accept products for return
in the following circumstances.
- If we send you the wrong product
- If the product is faulty or not as described in our catalogue
In these circumstances we will
replace the wrong or faulty product with the correct product. If the
correct product is not available we will refund the purchase price and
shipping costs.
We DO NOT normally accept products
for return if you change your mind. However if you contact us it may
be possible to come to an arrangement. If we agree to exchange a product
that is not the wrong product and is not faulty we may charge you for
extra shipping costs.
