To become a member of the VIP program complete and sign an application
form.
Membership is free, and all members are bound by the rules and
conditions of the VIP Bonus program.
All purchases from a Fremantle Pharmacy store to a VIP Card member
automatically generate Card Bonus Points, except certain government
prescriptions where government regulations prevent the generation of bonus
points
Each dollar spent results in one Bonus Point.
Points accumulate with each purchase.
Periodically members will be notified of their current Bonus Points
status.
Certificates will be issued to VIP Card members, on achieving certain
levels of Bonus points. (in denominations of 100 points only)
Bonus Certificates can be exchanged at the Fremantle Pharmacy for
prizes.
To claim a prize, a member must have accumulated the required number of
bonus points.
A list of prizes available and the number of Bonus Points required to
claim any prize is available from the Fremantle Pharmacy
Prizes may be varied from time to time, and all prizes are subject to
availability.
Bonus Certificates are valid only up to the expiry date printed on them.
Bonus Certificates cannot be exchanged for specials or prescription
items.
Any lost or misplaced Bonus Certificates will not be replaced.
Fremantle Pharmacy at its absolute discretion may change the conditions
or terminate the Bonus Program at any time (however any certificate already
issued remain valid).
Card members may be circularised from time to time, with the latest
information on health care products, Card programs and other information
as authorized by Fremantle Pharmacy.
Fremantle Pharmacy makes no warranties or representations, either
expressed or implied.
Fremantle Pharmacy partners may provide information to VIP Card members
on products and services that Fremantle Pharmacy deems may be of interest to
Card Members
Points can ONLY be added to members totals if the VIP Card is presented
at the time of making any purchase
Fremantle Pharmacy reserves its right to take any action it feels
appropriate where it is found that any Card member has abused the Card
Bonus scheme
In the case of any dispute the decision of Fremantle Pharmacy shall be
final and binding
